How an instrument is born
The method is the same for every test, whatever the domain. That is why results can be compared, defended and published.
Design
We start from the scientific literature and a concrete need in practice.
Validation
Studies on real samples check that the instrument measures what it promises.
Norming
Romanian population norms, so scores have a correct benchmark.
